Everyone in India who sells genuine products and is authorized manufacturer or distributor of products is welcome. To post products for sale on AJIO Commerce, you must be legally capable to do so, as well as possess all relevant licences, certificates, approvals, and permits.

Can I sell on AJIO Commerce if I don't have a website?
To start selling on AJIO Commerce, you don't need a website. You can begin displaying your products and selling them to AJIO Commerce customers as soon as the registration process is finished.
Can I sell through AJIO Commerce outside of India?
No, AJIO Commerce only permits selling currently within India.
Will the customer know that they are purchasing from me?
AJIO purchases your goods in and manages most of the sales-related tasks. In this case, AJIO stores, selects, packs, ships, and delivers the goods to the customers. Customer support and logistics operations for returns for those orders are likewise handled by AJIO.
When can I start selling?
You can begin displaying and selling your products once your seller profile has been completed and all the provided information/documentation has been verified.
What is required for me to sign up as a seller on AJIO Commerce?
You'll need your regular GST, PAN, Trademark Registry OR Brand Authorization (Retailer/Distributor certificate), and any other pertinent certificates or government-mandated licences. You must also include your registration address as well as the address of any fulfilment centres.
What are the fees for selling on AJIO Commerce?
The fees are a combination of commission and operating expenses, as agreed during registration. Fees are only charged in relation to a customer order. You simply have to pay a tiny aligned commission and other costs when you sell something. When you register, the commission structure is discussed and agreed upon with you.

There are set of terms of trade which are mutually agreed during registration phase. In event of violation of these agreed terms, AJIO Commerce team supports its seller partners with timely reminders and adequate information to correct these misses/ gaps as identified. Repeated instances of violation or no corrective action for highlighted misses could result in account being put on HOLD or suspended.
When and how will I be paid?
The payment will be sent right to your bank account as configured by you during registration. AJIO Commerce guarantees that you will get paid for your sales (less the AJIO Commerce Margin) as per the payment schedule decided during onboarding on AJIO Commerce Platform.
How do I manage my orders on AJIO Commerce?
Whenever a customer places an order, we will update on AJIO Commerce portal on real time basis and also send you daily reminders on email.You need to pick, pack, and keep order "Ready for Dispatch" as per defined processes within cut-off timelines and update same on AJIO Commerce platform with "Ready to Dispatch". Our logistics partner will then visit your warehouse and collect "Ready to Dispatch" marked orders.
How do I submit my products for listing on AJIO Commerce?
You can list your products on our website by following the steps we provide. Choosing the best category for your product is crucial since it will make it easier for buyers to find your offerings. You'll be prompted to provide product information, such as size, model, colour, etc., depending on the category you select.
How many products do I need to start selling?
To start selling on AJIO Commerce, you must have a minimum of 1 listing.
The following categories of goods are available for sale: Fashion, Footwear, Home, Kitchen & Furniture, Luggage, Beauty, Healthcare & Hygiene, Home Improvement, Indian Crafts.
Please note that certain categories are restricted and require prior approval before you can start selling.
Can I list my products in bulk on AJIO Commerce?
You have the option to create individual products or create them in bulk. We also provide the flexibility to upload your product catalogue and inventory with the help of Excel and CSV files.
Are there any goods or their contents that are deemed improper, regulated, or potentially illegal to offer on AJIO Commerce?
Following items are prohibited on AJIO Commerce:
• Goods marked "not for distribution within India".
• Offensive materials, like images depicting nudity, especially in a gratuitous or graphic manner.
• Items with prohibited images of children or any illegal, violent, harmful, obscene, or sexual material.
• Items that violate someone's privacy or have the potential to do so.
• Goods that have been recalled by regulators (for product safety reasons).
All products on AJIO Commerce must comply with the law. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products meet legal requirements.
If a costumer returns a damaged item, will I get compensated?
Yes, you have three days after receiving the return cargo to submit a claim for refund to AJIO Commerce Seller Support. AJIO Commerce will make amends to refund you for your losses following a thorough review, provided you have given the required documentation as per the Seller Protection Fund Policy.
In the event that a product is harmed in transit, will I be compensated?
Any damage that results from damage during transit will be considered for a reimbursement claim, provided you have given the required documentation. To be qualified for filing a reimbursement claim for damage, you must raise claim within three days as per the Seller Protection Fund Policy.
Will I be compensated if a shipment is lost in transit?
Any item lost in transportation will be considered for a compensation claim as per the Seller Protection Policy, provided you have given the required documentation and raised a claim within three working days.

In JIT Fulfilment Model, we ship orders from your warehouse to AJIO warehouses. We perform thorough quality checks before shipping it to the customer. With the extra quality checks, reduce the chances of customer returns and reduce total returns in business. If any product does not pass our quality checks, we’ll ship it back to you.
What is AJIO Commerce Dropship Fulfilment Model? What are its benefits?
With the AJIO Commerce Dropship Fulfilment Model, the seller's fulfilment centre receives orders directly from customers. When you confirm the order, a logistics partner will come to your door and pick it up for immediate delivery to the consumer.
